The fifth and final episode of the Vinland Saga anime series aired on Japan on Saturday, October 26th.
The show is ailles as a well-done mystery adventure. While the plot is unknown at best, the ingredients are there,more than enough to make it a good episode.
The show took place in the early days of the Viking invasions of America and while the details may be unknown, they are being used to tell the story of a mystery that may or may not be solved.
The show’s main character, Thorfinn, goes through the motions of living in war and violence with his father only for him to turn on him and become a vikings. He becomes obsessed with finding his father andmopping up the blood rivers that have arisen throughout America. Along the way, he meets some strange people who help him see the world through their eyes, and there are some amazing moments of suspenseful storytelling.
